It's been nearly 30 days since the 30 Days NY project ended. I documented the pop-up gallery and most of the events they hosted. All of the photos I took are chronicled on the 30 Days NY website.
30 Days, 14 Events, 7414 photos. A damn good time. ![]() 06.01.2010
Last week I finished an interview with The Paper Crane, and art website based in Chicago. I was also the subject of an interview on The Photoletariat, a site for aspiring photographers.

I shot two fun stories for today's Wall Street Journal. The first is about beekeeper Andrew Coté and the second is about umbrella design. One of my favorite things about this line of work is the opportunity to learn about things I would otherwise never know, like beekeeping and umbrellas.

Yesterday I rode the 42-mile Five Boro Bike Tour for an assignment for The Wall Street Journal. The pictures took up a full page in the Greater New York section. It was a wonderful (albeit exhausting) shoot.

The Wall Street Journal launched its Greater New York section on Monday. It's a comprehensive look at news in the region and it's keeping me very busy. I photographed some of the last Wagyu beef from Japan in New York after several cases of foot-and-mouth disease caused an export ban. There's a slideshow to accompany the article.

A couple weeks ago I went to Lebanon, NJ, to photograph Roger Marran the owner of Energy Kinetics for The Wall Street Journal. The best part was riding the scissor lift to get an ariel view. I'm gonna have to get one of those to bring on all my shoots.

Adidas launched a new bike-specific line of shoes and clothing called Adidas OT. I shot an ad for the line that appears on the inside of cover of the current issue of Vice Magazine.

I spent some time with designer Zac Posen and his mother Susan. Zac works as the chief designer for his clothing label and Susan is the CEO. They have a great dynamic. The photos were part of an article for The Wall Street Journal.
