I just received a new issue of LOOP from Germany. It features a Chaos and Order diptych I shot. Word is LOOP is no longer going to be printing. Tough times.

I'm currently in Caracas and have been covering President Chávez's referendum vote for the last couple weeks. It was a very charged contest. Now that Chávez can run indefinitely, he is paving a longer, grander road into the history of Latin American politics, if not the world.

When I toured with Emerica Skateboarding's pro team on their annual Wild Ride, my one hope was to create iconic images of some of the world's best skateboarders. Now Kevin "Spanky" Long has released a new pro model shoe and adapted one of my photos into the logo to brand it. The logo appears on shoes, T-shirts, keychains and heaps of other merchandise. It's interesting to see the life of some photos.
